Literature Text

I’m a wind torn identity, but I’m one who kept the faith
I’m a wind torn identity, one that feels so out of place,
I’m a wind torn identity, one that leaves in disgrace,
I’m a wind torn identity, I wonder do you see my face?
I wonder who it is you see? I wonder what it is you hide from me?
I wonder when you stopped trusting me?
I’m a wind torn identity, when did I stop trusting me?

M-24 and his wind torn identity.
Inspiration: Trying to figure out what to call another poem, came up with 'Wind Torn Identity' and it went from there.

A good poem that starts slow and then ends very well, explaining much and hiding much as well. It well written though for some reason I would have liked to see another rhyme in place of 'disgrace/face' since the first also sounds like a rhyme (faith/place) even if you intended it as abab rather than aabb. So that was the only thing for me that felt out of place.
